Artist Statement
Our natural world includes the beauty of the night sky. My photos attempt to show people the majesty of our night sky and vastness of the universe that we can see. Astrophotography is a hobby that I have been enjoying for over 30 years. However, light pollution from artificial lights is threatening our view of the universe. My hope is that these photos will increase awareness, and action, to help preserve our view of the night sky.
