If you have a spare room, a welcoming home, and a genuine curiosity about the people who make environmental films — this one is for you:
- Lodging Host – Open your home to a filmmaker or special festival guest for the weekend

Comfortable Working with Technology?
If you are comfortable with smartphones, point-of-sale systems, or AV equipment — or just someone who picks up new tech quickly — these roles are a great fit for you:
- Pass Checkers – Use our iphones to scan guest tickets
- HQ Ticketing & Support – Sell tickets and make reservations
- Tech II – Help run projection and sound under the supervision of a tech manager
- Bar & Concessions – Sell food and drinks before film sessions
- Merchandise Seller – Sell film fest souvenirs
Friendly and Helpful?
If you love meeting people, thrive in a crowd, and feel at home helping strangers find their way — these are your roles:
- Ushers – Help guests find their seats
- Greening Ambassador – Help guests find the right waste bin for their containers
- Filmmaker Shuttle – Drive festival filmmakers to and from the airport
- Environmental Action Table – Encourage guests to sign a petition aimed at improving environmental policy
- Filmmaker Lounge – Create a calm space for filmmakers to relax and refuel
Organized and Physically Active?
If you are someone who likes to be on your feet, enjoys physical tasks, and takes satisfaction in making sure everything is in its right place — these roles were built for you:
- Postering – Walk around a neighborhood distributing Film Festival posters
- Tech Setup – Load sound and projection equipment into venues
- Pre-festival Logistics Support – Pack supplies in bins before the festival begins
- Venue Logistics – Deliver and set up supplies, equipment, tables, & chairs
- Party Team – Set up, serve, and clean up at festival gatherings
Flexible and a Quick Learner?
If you are adaptable, easy-going, and energized by not knowing exactly what the day will bring — this one is for you:
- Wild Card – Show up eager help whichever team needs you
