Every year, after our flagship in Nevada City, CA, Wild & Scenic Film Festival takes our festival “On Tour”, partnering to produce hundreds of events each year around the US and beyond. Since 2005, On Tour events have been hosted by a diverse array of nonprofits, schools, museums, and businesses, each creating unique film festivals in their own communities and using the festival to raise funds, reach new contacts, and raise awareness of local issues. On Tour is an impactful and time proven outreach tool, that will help your organization build contacts, and make connections.

With On Tour, our hosts receive full support throughout the booking and event planning process via access to our staff, online resources. We provide event planning timelines, a toolkit, and marketing graphics support for a multitude of platforms and outlets, as well as promotion through our website.

Testimonials

River Alliance WI Tour Testimonial Image

“The Wild and Scenic Environmental Film Festival On Tour is a great outreach event for the River Alliance of Wisconsin. It helps us introduce new individuals to what we do and what we are passionate about – saving rivers. This year we “passed a boot” [for] people to donate to the River Alliance – we made $4,000!”

Loxahatchee Tour Testimonial Image

“The Wild & Scenic Film Festival is a tremendous way to educate the public about how fragile our earth really is and that caring for it is all our responsibility. The success of the first year spilling over into this year was wonderful. All year long we had folks who attended the first year begging us to host it again.”

“The staff at Wild and Scenic make the event so easy for the On Tour hosts. All I had to do was watch some incredible films, create a program and do a little marketing to put together a fun, successful event. I will be taking advantage of this incredible resource for years to come.”
