Water is perceived differently according to local culture, history, beliefs, issues, and priorities. Filmmakers Guillaume and Perrine Broust have traveled all over the world for 10 months to meet people from countries with very different water-related situations, to reach a better understanding of water use and their perceptions of it. The Sounds of Water stimulates reflection on the way we consider water, its preciousness, and the need to protect, preserve and save it.
