Artist Statement

I teach orthopedic manual therapy all over the country. When lecturing, I routinely place my work of natual landscapes within the material. I let the students take it in as I provide a quick synopsis of the image. I recently had a student from the early 1990s tell me that my nature shots were so motivating to him that he now is an avide backpacker and has supported environmental causes to keep our oceans and rivers clean. This gives me passion to keep showing my photography.
