35 years ago Bluebird Man Al Larson joined a movement of citizen scientists who over the past several decades have helped reverse declines in bluebird populations by setting up networks of nestboxes designed specifically for this emblematic bird. Now, at age 92, Al continues to monitor and maintain over 300 nestboxes across Southwestern Idaho.
