This film tells the story of the Wolf Creek Parkway in Grass Valley, California. Following a long line of urban creek restoration projects that have energized the economy and vitality in many cities and small towns across North America, a group of citizens in Grass Valley seek to create a parkway and ensure greater public access to long neglected Wolf Creek.
