Director Roshan Patel

Roshan Patel is an award-winning  wildlife and conservation filmmaker. He has producedand directed several independent short films, including three previous selections at Wild and Scenic Film Festival, Pride (2015) , Red Wolf Revival (2017) and Spawning Hope (2020)

Currently, he is the resident filmmaker and photographer at Smithsonian’s National Zoo and Conservation Biology Institute in Washington, DC, where he creates short-form web series and films, social media content and exhibit videos.
