Director: Lia Nydes

Lia Nydes is a freelance cinematographer and environmental filmmaker based in her home state of New Mexico. She went to university in Florida where she researched Black Skimmers and learned about the threats they face. This research later inspired her to make the film Black Skimmers, under our wing. She specializes in natural history cinematography concentrating mostly in long lens, camera trapping and drone.
