The Festival Coordinator works on a team in the production of one of the largest festivals of its kind in the US, taking place each January in Nevada City and Grass Valley, CA. Under the supervision of the Festival Director, the Festival Coordinator is responsible for ticketing and serving as filmmaker liaison for SYRCL’s Wild & Scenic Film Festival, taking place Feb. 16-20, 2023. The Venue Logistics Manager works on a team in the production of the largest festival of its kind in the US, taking place each January in Grass Valley and Nevada City, CA. Under the supervision of the Festival Producer, the Venue Logistics Manager oversees all aspects of venue setup, maintenance, and cleanup during the festival weekend. The Venue Logistics Manager works closely with the Festival Producer and the Community Engagement Manager to coordinate all supply orders, including but not limited to tables, chairs, and supplies for all the venues to function smoothly all weekend long.
