In this short documentary a father and son, Tonu and Koa, teach us about their wood carving process. Their cultural beliefs are inspiring and the way in which they use them to make artwork is beyond interesting. This particular piece they create is meant to help a person find a way to connect with the spiritual realm – a great use of what would otherwise be a mere tree stump.
